How monthly and yearly billing work, and how to switch.
Monthly
Billed every 30 days. Renews on the same date each month until cancelled.
Yearly
Billed once per year. Lower effective monthly rate than a monthly plan.
You can switch billing cycles by going to Quick Actions in your dashboard and clicking Change Plan.
Switching from monthly to yearly takes effect at your next renewal date. You are not charged early.
Switching from yearly to monthly takes effect when your current yearly period ends.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time when switching cycles.
Payments are charged at the start of each billing period. You can see your next charge date in the dashboard under the VPN tab.
If a payment fails, you will receive an email. Your VPN is paused until payment succeeds. See subscription statuses for more on what happens when a payment fails.
