Our refund terms and how to request one.
New subscribers can request a full refund within 30 days of their first payment. This applies to any plan and any add-ons purchased at the same time.
Available to first-time subscribers only.
Must be requested within 30 days of your original sign-up date.
The full amount charged is refunded, including any applicable taxes.
The refund returns to your original payment method. Processing takes 5 to 10 business days.
Your subscription is cancelled immediately when the refund is issued.

We will look up your subscription and verify eligibility.
Confirmation
If eligible, we process the refund and send a confirmation email. Your VPN access ends immediately.
I am a returning subscriber. Can I still get a refund?
The 30-day guarantee applies to new subscribers on their first plan. Returning subscribers are not eligible for a refund, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
It has been more than 30 days. Can I still request one?
Refunds are not available after the 30-day window. You can still cancel to stop future billing.
Can I get a partial refund if I cancel mid-cycle?
We do not issue partial refunds for unused days. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the period ends.
I want a lower price, not to cancel. What should I do?
You can change your plan or billing cycle from the dashboard. See the change plan page for steps.
