Wondering what's happening with your Boycat VPN subscription? Here's what each status means and what you can do about it.
Your VPN is working perfectly. You're all paid up and have full access to everything in your plan. This shows as a green badge with a checkmark in your dashboard.
You've cancelled, but your VPN still works until your current billing period ends. This shows as an orange badge with a clock icon in your dashboard.
Something went wrong with your payment. Your VPN service is disabled until payment is resolved. This shows as a red badge with an alert icon in your dashboard.
You started signing up but didn't quite finish. Payment setup needs to be completed. This shows as a yellow badge with a clock icon in your dashboard.
Your VPN subscription has ended and you no longer have access. You'll see 'No Active VPN Subscription' in your dashboard. Your Boycat account is still active though!
