What each status in your dashboard means and what to do.
You can see your current status at any time on your dashboard, in the VPN tab. Here is what each state means.
Your subscription is paid and running. All features of your plan are available. The app can connect to any server.
You have cancelled, but your VPN remains active until the current billing period ends. Auto-renewal is off.
A payment attempt failed. Your VPN is suspended until payment is resolved.
You started checkout but payment was not completed. No subscription is active yet.
There is no active VPN plan on this account. Your Boycat account is still open.
