All fees are stated and charged in the indicated currency and are exclusive of any taxes (unless otherwise stated).
From time to time, BuycatVPN may introduce promotions, discounts, or special offers to provide additional value to users. A user who is already benefiting from one promotion/discount cannot simultaneously claim another promotion/discount during the period of the current offer. Additionally, unless explicitly permitted by the promotion's terms, each user (and each Account) is only eligible for a promotional offer once.

MAXIMUM LIABILITY CAP: If the Company is found liable to you for any claim, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid the Company for the Services in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability. If you have not paid for any Services, the liability cap will be one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
